No joking, I read the updated build thread today and was going to write "This needs to go into the model building section". Where you put it yesterday.

Yeah, I saw this forum and thought it would be funny to put it here. Hell, it's the worst looking model here - the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is insane in this forum! LOL, yep, it does.

Tires are off so I can cover the wheels after removing the rust from them. Be safe. Oooh, I know that photo and video well - he got his tail chopped by the prop of a DR1 at an airshow in eastern Europe.

Sirius black x reader au

DR1 made a nice engine out landing and he took a header in from about feet. Nasty bruises from the harness straps and a broken leg; he didn't walk away from it so much as get carried by two helpers to the ambulance. That's the nice thing about tube-and-gusset construction - it's really strong but will deform nicely in a wreck, taking the G forces so the pilot doesn't have to.

I probably overbuilt my harness support system with that photo in mind, as it's the absolute worst case scenario, and one that lead to the only fatality in type. The guy nosed straight up on flight number one and did a header into pavement. So my shoulder straps are secured by a cable and a half system, the first one a cable going across the fuselage with both mounts running through and then a seperate cable for each running back on station on the fuselage.

Back of the envelope math puts the cables handling ninety G's, positioned in the gussets on two places and angled to deform the fuselage.

So hopefully between the front of the fuselage frame warping and the back of the fuselage bowing at the cable points I won't take that much. Plus the wings and gear will take a lot, too. - Easily Create Stunning Layouts with Columns

It would be hard to get that much G, though, as the aircraft works at slow speeds and is really light around pounds with pilot and full fuelmeaning the mass is low.

She stalls at 35 MPH and cruises about 60 MPH; it's been debated whether or not one could reach the VNE of 98 MPH where the aircraft would fall apart due to the huge amount of drag caused by all the wires and fat airfoil. Since the Nieuport 11 has a LOT of elevator but not much rudder and is light on the controls I put some tension on it.

Not much, but hopefully enough to keep it from being overly responsive. The FAA allows homebuilt aircraft for the purposes of "education and recreation," and I've certainly met the intended goals. In every set of plans - and even in the super duper CNC cut and pre-drilled kits - there's a bunch of blank spots the builder has to fill in and modifications to be made.

The prudent soul finds a large body of research ahead of him over what seems like minor things such as mounting harnesses or designing a seatthinking about second order effects and accident chains. Three years ago I couldn't tell you the difference been an angle of incidence and dihedral angle of the wing to the fuselage along the long axis and angle of the wing tip up from the side axisannealing temperature of aluminum degrees F, which is the same as the boiling point of Sharpie pen ink and a host of other stuff that's neat to know.

Builder groups on both the Internet and Real Life are invaluable, that's for sure!

7/8 scale Nieuport 11.

I think it will fit nicely in a diorama, and you have just enough space in the backyard. Well, I scale up nicely to 6'2" tall when I step up to it! Piecing together a WWI French uniform is tough, though. The wife doesn't sew? I like those pictures because they show the mess of uniforms the French had in - several different styles, shades from the complety random Horizon blue that went from dark blue to nearly fieldgrau of the Germans to territorial tan to red pantshats, ways of wearing insignia note the one guy wearing an aviator's brassardand one guy wearing shoes instead of boots.

The nature of Horizon Blue is always a lot of fun with experts. While color standarization existed within printing, the French military went a different way in its specifications.Puzzle Pirates is under constant development. Chapter 10 – A Valley on the Moon

We have a few more nice bug fixes, most of them fixing issues above and beyond any introduced with last week's big release. Ahoy mates! Just a quick fix to address some issues from our very exciting last release. It's another exciting release so soon after Hearts. Just a couple of little things to mention here as we're spending most of our time preparing for the upcoming box release of the game.

We've been working very hard on a number of things that have finally come to fruition. We hope that you're as excited about these new features as we are. Welcome back.

This is just a quick release to take down the holiday decorations and put up a few nice things for the new year. There were no official release notes for this, but the following post was written in Game Design [1] :. A few things to lighten the load, hopefully filtering some of the burden out of blockades, yet keeping the fun.

These are minor changes in one sense, but sweeping in another. You may have already noticed the weekend-only adjustment a few weeks ago. To round out the "blockades shouldn't force people to be unhealthy, or dictate too much of their natural lives" plan, the blockade rounds will be cropped from 12 to 5. A one hour, 15 minute break after the first three rounds, followed by the two remaining rounds, if necessary. Feel free to discuss. I think the most notable point is that the best of five format removes the previous "defenders win ties" advantage.

If another defender advantage is deemed needed to replace it, that can be discussed here too. If there's one thing pirates like to do besides accumulate wealth, it's play cards. We've added the fun card game Spadesnow available in any inn. We've actually done a few minor releases since the masqarrrade release, but the notes for the others seem to have slipped away to the underworld. Fortunately this year, the dreaded curse of the skellies and zombies was not lain upon the Midnight oceanand so to celebrate we've brought out the masks so that ye can hold yer very own masquerade balls. You will, however, have to get your hands dirty in your HTML.

You can do this! Deep breaths, people. Stay with me. To make a blockquote without a box, you simply type your text, then highlight it, then click on the Quote Mark button. To spice up your quote you may want to add a shaded box so it stands out on your page more.

You can change any of the bolded elements to your preference. It can be dashed, dotted, or invisible instead of solid; just change the word "solid" to "dashed" without the quotes or whichever type of border you want.

The and ccc are HTML elements that tell your browser what color to use. They are called Hexadecimal values. Click over to the Compose Post tab and make sure you like what you see. If you do, click Save.

Do you do it for each individual quote? Dumb question, I know…. If you have a style. Very cool stuff! Thanks, Chilihead. Next time I want to blockquote I can do it all on my own! I figured it out! All I had to do was change the blockquote in my template.By using our site, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Cookie PolicyPrivacy Policyand our Terms of Service.

I have a Facebook like button on my site. The site, however, uses primarily content that's centered on the page, and the button is stubbornly left-justified.

I've set a custom width on the button to get it more or less centered, but of course the width changes, and sometimes the nominal width includes more or less white space. This makes it look like it isn't centered.

I think if I could get the whole px wide by arbitrary height changes if profile pics of people who liked it appear region to be shaded it'd look better and feel less off-center. How is this possible? I ended up just leaving a border around it without even using the bgcolor attribute. I guess bgcolor is deprecated and using html tables is bad form and there's probably a way sexier CSS solution, but this got the job done.

Another probably better option, and what I did in the production site, was use an AddThis box and a bit of css to set the width of the addthis div and then set the margins on each side to be automatic and therefore equal, centering the div. It's widely known that there is a problem with most licensed video games. Quality tends to be low. This is not always the case, though, especially for long established franchises that do not impose any unrealistic release dates tied to another work's release.

The latter game also has a strong adherence to the film's story, hand-drawn animations from Disney's own studio, and another wonderful Tommy Tallarico soundtrack, all of which contributed towards Aladdin being the Genesis' third most successful game with 4 million copies sold. A Bug's Life also had a pretty good licensed game though this only applies to the home console versions; the GBC game is more along the lines of the other page - it was a level-based 3D platformer with above-average graphics, good music, and nice level design.

It helps that it was developed by Traveller's Taleswho also handled Toy Story 2. The home console versions also included an interesting mechanic involving growing various plants to help you, all from one single seed These ranged from platforms to springs to fans to health generators. This mechanic was used extensively and made for a different experience than most licensed games.

Cars 2 : The Video Game was a solid racing game with hours of content to unlock. Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers is considered the gold standard to which other co-op platformers are judged and is the first in line to be remastered if DuckTales is followed up on.

Its little known sequel took what was already great and improved it in every possible way. Disney's Kim Possible: What's the Switch? The first is Kim's only console game for whatever reason, but it praised by the fanbase and may also be helped by the fact that you get to play as Shego. The latter is a sidescroller, a rather good one at that. KP 4: Kimmunicator isn't a bad game necessarily, but it's not up to par with the others.

The first game was good, Mickey gets to obtain new outfits that give him unique abilities, and it has nice music, too. The second game drops the turn-based two player in favor of two-player co-op and lets you choose to play as Minnie as well.

And in the third game, Minnie is replaced with Donald, who now has unique abilities, you get to play a more interactive co-op, and it's also considered the best game of the trilogy. Disney Infinity takes what you love about games like Skylanders and Minecraftand adds the brilliant Disney magic to the mix. Each Play Set works well enough to be its own game, and the Toy Box mode lets you use your creativity with the stuff you unlocked while playing, to make extremely fun games and amazing worlds to explore.

The 2. And the 3. Plus, now there's farming, instant access to toys, more items, and best of all, more Disney originals. It's a fun Simulation Game and is going to get a sequel which will be released in Japan on November 5th The gameplay was really good; but while the music of the first versions Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, and PC was OKthe music from the Playstation version proved to be really awesome and truly fitting for the game's cartoony style, and it was also used for the PS2 and GameCube remakes.

Donald in Maui Mallard made the duck into a gun-wielding detective who has ninja abilities and goes into a far darker and violent adventure than the ones seen in its fellow Disney games.

What could go so wrong turned out to be incredibly radical, with competent gameplay, beautiful levelsand great music by Michael Giacchino. The remastered game received good reception, despite the show being cancelled for almost 20 years. After numerous delaysit finally seems like Fortnite chapter 2 season 2 will start soon.

The teasers started on Monday morning with a few cryptic tweets from the Fortnite account. Everything in the tweets is black and gold — the Fortnite logo in the Epic launcher has changed to the same color scheme. The scrambled tweet images eventually came together to present a face with a mask onand a later image of a bundle of dynamite. The bot is called The Agency, which seems to be some kind of in-universe secret organization working to do something on the Fortnite map.

The Agency popped up once again on Tuesday morning when posters went up all over the world. The posters had images similar to the Fortnite tweets, along with Phone numbers. There are a variety of different numbers, each with a different short message. Most of them talk about agents being activated or about The Agency searching for new recruits.

For now, these gold-themed teasers are all we have to go on, but there will likely be more teases coming up in the next couple of days, all leading up to the big reveal when chapter 2 season 2 goes live on Feb.

The topographic details in this LROC photograph, however, are much more clearly seen. The white star marks the landing site left of the three craters, Henry, Shakespeare, and Cochise. A shortened Rover traverse to the southeast to near Steno Crater, however, provided many samples of a single mare basalt lava flow that, in aggregate, define the crystallization history of the titanium-rich parent magma.

With both the Commander and the Lunar Module Pilot outside the Challenger in the valley of Taurus-Littrow, Apollo 17 finally could get down to the business of lunar exploration. Many things had to be done, however, before real geological fieldwork began. The Rover had to be deployed, sampling equipment had to be organized, and most time consuming of all, the complex hardware of the Apollo Lunar Science Experiments Package ALSEP [ 4 ] had to be deployed and activated, including the insertion of heat-flow probes and the drilling and extraction of the deep drill core.

And, of course, the time required for the unexpected problems had to be dealt with. The crater he referred to here actually was Poppie see Fig. I had referred to the Cuff Checklist page covering our immediate, Post-Egress activities.

This Checklist consisted of stiff Mylar pages, 3. A curved wire spring bound the pages into a slight bow so that when turned they would stay turned. The Checklist was very easy to use, even with a clumsy, pressurized glove. Just walk around for one second. What are you doing over there? All these little craters, Jack, have got glass in the bottom of them.

Only the freshest of small craters in the regolith had irregular, amoeboid pools of impact-generated glass, mixed with indurated regolith, as well as relatively lighter gray higher albedo ejecta around them. Along with an apparently dominant effect caused by solar wind sputtering, those smaller impacts also contribute to a darkening of the lighter gray ejecta. This darkening occurs because of the formation of extremely fine-grained nanophase particles of iron in the aluminum-silicate plasmas produced by sputtering and micro-meteor impacts.

The nanophase iron particles result from the heat-induced reduction removal of oxygen of iron bound to oxygen in iron-bearing minerals e.

Prime riflessioni sulla storica sentenza 1 del 2014 in materia

Hey, Bob, how big is Poppie supposed to be? Fairly subtle. If so, that is where Poppie actually is. I got to look around a little more. It sure is not Trident. Indeed, looking around this deep lunar valley for the first time, a valley deeper than the Grand Canyon of the Colorado River, created an extraordinary memory.

The dark-gray, cratered valley floor merges in the near distance with the much lighter gray, steep and brilliantly illuminated slopes of the valley walls. The undulating tops of the Massifs, five to seven thousand feet above us, lie starkly against the blacker than black sky in inverse silhouette.

The rays of the low Sun in the east illuminate the sunward slopes of all valley features, leaving dark shadows behind rocks and crater walls in their path. And then, your eyes reach upward to the blue and white Earth, hanging with no relative motion over the southwestern massif wall of the valley.

All in all, it was one of those experiences in life whose full visual and emotional impact could never have been anticipated or fully described.

The words and pictures provided by others will never be enough.
